Miramar Rangers AFC is one of New Zealand’s elite football (soccer) clubs with a rich history of success at both junior and senior levels, spanning over 100 years. The club currently has active membership of over 600 - catering to boys and girls starting out at 4 years old - all the way through to the ‘Masters’ team (we won’t mention age here!).

The club recognises that in an increasingly competitive environment it is tough for local businesses and individuals to support grass roots sport. We value any contribution and are happy to discuss any other proposal you may have.

Thanks very much once again for your generous support of the Miramar Rangers shirt sponsorship initiative in 2020.

2021 pre-season training will commence next February for the Central League, Cap Prem & Cap 1 teams and, with excellent numbers attending these sessions in 2020, there’s plenty of confidence that all of these teams will have a strong season next Winter.

We were rapt with the positive response to the shirt sponsorship initiative last year. So much so, we're running a similar initiative in 2021, giving you the opportunity to purchase signage on one or more playing shirts.

It would be hugely appreciated if you or your business was able to support this sponsorship initiative in 2021.

OTHER SPONSORSHIP + FUNDRAISING

A strong financial position is vital to ensure a vibrant club. With imposed levy increases, investment in playing and training gear, investment in indoor training facilities and clubroom developments, the need to undertake and participate in fundraising opportunities is as real for our club as any other organisation. We thank you in anticipation for participating in and supporting these.

Information about fundraising activities throughout the year will be provided to all players and made available here on the club’s website.

Opportunities that are currently available include:

  • Gold and Silver Corporate advertising opportunities – further information about these opportunities is available by contacting the club secretary at miramarrangers@gmail.com.

  • Club Raffle – the annual raffle is an important revenue stream for the club. During the season, each player will receive a book of 5 tickets to sell ($5 per ticket).

  • Join as an Associate (non-playing) Member – which will provide you with full membership rights including full access to the clubrooms.
